In this role, you will work with clients facing complex finance and controllership issues, providing strategic and creative solutions. You will have the chance to work with a variety of industries, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and build relationships to provide exceptional service. You will also have the opportunity to work on a highly visible team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across the US.

Your key responsibilities will include consulting on SEC regulations, initial public offerings, and other capital market transactions, as well as assisting with public company readiness assessments and sharing best practices on corporate governance practices and disclosures. You will also have the chance to manage and mentor a team and identify opportunities for improvement.

To qualify for this role, you should have a strong understanding and experience in securities law, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in capital markets at a leading law firm. A securities law degree and experience at a large law firm are preferred. You should also have strong communication, research, and client management skills, as well as an ambitious and entrepreneurial nature.
