The candidate will manage cases from intake to settlement or trial, collaborate with team members, and handle legal documentation, research, and court appearances.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients injured in car and truck accidents.
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in a team environment.
• Manage cases from intake to settlement or trial, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain attention to detail in all written communications and legal documentation.
• Manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Utilize case management software for efficient case tracking and management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law and civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia personal injury law and civil litigation procedures.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
