  • Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare related reports.

  • Provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters.
  • Assist clients in structuring and financing transactions.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to transactional matters.
  • Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar and in good standing.
  • 4+ years of experience in transactional law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other complex transactional documents.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
