The candidate will support the day-to-day development of the record for trial in high-exposure medical malpractice and tort cases, including ?employment-adjacent? claims against healthcare providers. Will support trial teams and handle trial responsibilities, including witnesses and oral arguments. Heavy emphasis on executing case development strategy, including taking and defending fact and expert depositions and preparing witnesses for testimony. Source and develop expert witnesses. Draft and deliver polished, file-ready motions and briefs of significance, and argue them to the court as necessary. Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation and trial strategies, including how best to approach complex issues or difficult problems. Must be Admitted, or has a path to admission, to practice in the State of Colorado.
