Position Overview: As a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Tax practice, you will work with a team of problem solvers to help clients solve complex business issues related to tax. You will use your expertise to advise clients on local and international tax matters, as well as provide strategic consulting services. You will also assist clients with their tax structuring and help them navigate the complexities of the tax world, while upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, with knowledge of investment partnerships and alternative investment strategies. - CPA or member of the Bar certification. - Strong technical skills, including partnership tax forms and tax implications of deals. - Experience managing client relationships, communicating value propositions, and preparing complex materials. - Proven success as a team leader, with the ability to coach and provide feedback. - Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
