Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Tax practice, you will work with a team of problem solvers to help clients solve complex business issues related to tax. You will use your expertise to advise clients on local and international tax matters, as well as provide strategic consulting services. You will also assist clients with their tax structuring and help them navigate the complexities of the tax world, while upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds.
- Utilize your knowledge of alternative investment strategies and vehicles to help clients limit tax liability.
- Use your tax technical skills to handle partnership tax forms and provide advice on tax implications of deals.
- Build and maintain client relationships, communicate value propositions, manage resources and budgets, and prepare complex written and verbal materials.
- Act as a team leader by supervising and coaching staff, seeking diverse views, and encouraging improvement and innovation.
- Develop new relationships and sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Lead by example in utilizing automation and digitization to optimize engagements and advance pricing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tax laws, regulations, and technology.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, with knowledge of investment partnerships and alternative investment strategies.
- CPA or member of the Bar certification.
- Strong technical skills, including partnership tax forms and tax implications of deals.
- Experience managing client relationships, communicating value propositions, and preparing complex materials.
- Proven success as a team leader, with the ability to coach and provide feedback.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
