Job Summary: BlackLine, a leading provider of cloud software for financial close processes, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their legal team. This role will focus on providing legal support for product development, intellectual property, and technology licensing. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree and at least 7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of a technology company. This role will be based in one of BlackLine's US offices in California.
