The candidate will provide claimants with the legal advice, guidance, and representation required to successfully win compensation. Will prepare and execute litigation strategies for assigned cases. Work with legal assistants and paralegals to prepare matters for hearings and trials. Represent clients throughout West Virginia in matters in circuit court.
