The annual billing requirement is 1,900 hours, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex employment issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation.
• Offer advice on legal and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement case strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in the state of Colorado.
• 3-5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting.

Education:
