Job Overview: The Partner-Level Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for leading the real estate practice group, providing legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions, and contributing to the firm's growth and development.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the real estate practice group.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on real estate laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation matters when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other attorneys, and industry professionals.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff within the real estate practice group.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Experience practicing real estate law, with a portable business of $250K.
  • Proven track record of successful client representation in real estate transactions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Expertise in real estate law and transactions.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
