Job Title: Assistant General Counsel- Commercial Banking

Experience: 4+ years experience in financial services with emphasis on commercial credit facilities

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and strategic advice to Bank of America's commercial businesses
- Focus on structuring, negotiating and advising on syndicated and bilateral commercial credit arrangements
- Participate in enterprise, legal and business projects and initiatives
- Work closely with line of business clients at all levels and collaborate with internal legal colleagues and other partners
- Provide general legal counsel and specific advice on products, services and legal actions
- Review legal contracts and documents and conduct legal research
- Represent the bank in legal actions

Requirements:
- 4+ years relevant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating documentation for single lender and syndicated commercial credit facilities
- Strong communication skills and experience in risk identification, analysis and management decision making
- JD and at least one state bar admission in good standing
