Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters.
• Independently manage case files and prepare for trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Participate in client development activities.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.
• Preferred: Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana.
• 5-7 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Idaho.
• Preferred: Admission to the State Bar of Montana.

Skills:
