Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney will primarily handle tax, estate, and trust planning, trust and estate administration, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong academic background, and the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues promptly while working effectively within a team environment.

Duties:

• Handle tax, estate, and trust planning for clients.
• Manage trust and estate administration matters.
• Represent clients in tax-related litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-stress environment.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in tax law.
• Strong academic background in law.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Wyoming or ability to become admitted.
