• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategy and execution.
• Manage case files and documents effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Have significant experience litigating complex consumer cases, including class actions and mass arbitrations, arising from data privacy and general commercial litigation.
• Admission to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
