Duties:

  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to IP, technology, and commercial matters.
  • Handle agreements such as SaaS platforms, software offerings, strategic alliances, media sales, IP licenses, consulting, equipment purchase, distribution, sponsorship, marketing, and joint development.
  • Provide support for the IP components of M&A deals.
  • Serve a client base consisting of emerging growth companies, Mountain West mid-market firms, and coastal Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school.
  • 1-5 years of quality law firm experience, nationally recognized or Mountain West-based.
  • Superior drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or Idaho, or willing to become licensed.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado or Idaho State Bar, or eligibility to become licensed.
