Job Overview:

A law firm in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a qualified and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in Auto and/or General Liability practice. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, be an active member in good standing with the Utah State Bar, and have a strong background in civil litigation.

Duties:

• Handle cases related to Auto and/or General Liability practice
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, disclosures, depositions, motions, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Auto and/or General Liability practice
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the Utah State Bar
• 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Utah State Bar
