## Occupational Licensing Attorney Organization is currently hiring for one vacant position in the Commercial, Fair Business & Child Support Section. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to use and enhance their legal skills while serving civil division’s core mission - protecting the health and welfare of Alaskans. ### Job Description The Commercial, Fair Business & Child Support Section serves Alaskans by representing and advising state agencies that impact their day-to-day lives. These agencies include the Child Support Services Division, the Division of Insurance, the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing, Permanent Fund Dividend Division, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, Alaska Housing and Finance Corporation, and other agency clients. The successful applicant for this position will primarily represent the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing within the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development. This position entails significant and often complex administrative and civil litigation, regulatory and legislative drafting, agency advice, and appellate work. ### Qualifications , is preferred.
