Key Responsibilities:

- Represent insured individuals and the company in defense of lawsuits
- Prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Offer counsel to business clients and manage projects efficiently
- Keep abreast of new laws and regulations and provide proactive advice to business units
- Evaluate and summarize relevant issues and monitor legal representation

Minimum Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate and active membership with the California State Bar
- 3+ years of litigation and/or subrogation experience
- First or second chair jury trial experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and internet research
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a substantial case load
- Comfortable working remotely and willing to travel within San Diego County

Compensation: $84,, per year based on experience and qualifications.
