This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support compliance efforts.

Salary Information:
- Compensation Range: 209400 USD - 275300 USD (may vary based on location and other factors)
- Bonus: Annual bonuses for non-sales roles, performance-based incentive pay for sales roles

What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel on all aspects of antitrust law
- Assist in managing responses to agency requests and discovery in litigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal Sales Team and the M&A Legal and Corporate Development teams
- Support compliance efforts, including by creating and delivering training and crafting compliance tools for Cisco’s global legal and business teams
- Monitor and advise regarding legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law

Who You Are:
- Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing
- Knowledge of US antitrust law and interest in learning more
- Ability to synthesize complex issues, think strategically and give practical advice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for working collaboratively and positively with colleagues across functions
- Strong organizational skills, and proven ability to optimally handle a fluid working environment, including changes in priorities, deadlines, and workload
- Experience with M&A transactions and/or antitrust expertise in jurisdictions outside the US is a plus, as is experience in the technology industry
