• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations changes and provide guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Handle discovery and motion practice for sexual abuse cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law.
