Tax – Transformation Senior Manager at Deloitte | National Tax

Position Summary:

The Tax Transformation Senior Manager at Deloitte will play a key role in transforming client service delivery by focusing on people, process, and technology. This position is responsible for driving improvements across all Tax market offerings and is a great opportunity to be part of an innovative team within Deloitte Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
• Stakeholder engagement to establish strong business relationships
• Coach and develop Tax Transformation team
• Program and project management
• Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
• Identify dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests
• Analyze existing processes and legacy technologies
• Engage with Tax professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Business process analysis using agile and design thinking techniques
• Decompose business requirements into functional requirements
• Collaborate throughout the technology development lifecycle
• Oversee user testing
• Review and contribute to learning strategy and materials
• Assess business readiness
• Analyze user feedback and develop action plans
• Lead deployment
• Decommission legacy systems
• Executive reporting
• Integrate program and project resources

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or technology certifications
• Strong program and project management skills
• Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
• Working knowledge of data analysis, management, and metrics
• End-to-end technology project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience working in a professional service environment

Preferred:

• Large scale transformation experience

Salary Information:

The wage range for this role is $125,510 to $285,749, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
