Duties:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and 13 filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy cases.
• Attend court hearings and meetings with clients as necessary.
• Assist senior attorneys with case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Prior experience working with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Certifications:
