Job Title:
Manager, Property Tax Commercial

Responsibilities:
- Create a positive team member experience
- Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the annual property tax cycle for assigned real property portfolios
- Prepare and conduct client presentations
- Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and negotiations
- Manage the preparation, review, and processing of all client reporting requirements
- Act as jurisdictional subject matter expert in managing the appeal process
- Serve as main contact for all client activity and inquiries
- Review and manage client contract terms and fees
- Oversee client billing and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Ensure team compliance with firm policies and standards
- Give timely performance feedback to team members
- Communicate new issues, legislative changes, and client needs and strategies
- Participate actively in professional organizations

Education and Experience:
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent in relevant field required
- MBA, MST, or JD preferred
- At least 4 years of property tax related experience required
- Candidates with appropriate valuation designations preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Computer Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation and research required

Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license required
- Professional designations such as CMI or CCIM preferred
- Active involvement in professional organizations on local and national levels
