The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, advocating for their rights and benefits. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Representing clients in workers' compensation cases
  • Conducting client interviews and counseling
  • Drafting legal documents, including petitions and appeals
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance companies

Requirements:
