A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking an Associate Attorney to play a pivotal role in advocating for clients' rights and delivering exceptional legal services. The position will focus on environmental law practice as well as regular litigation in state and federal courts.

 

Job Details:

  • Advocate for clients' rights and deliver outstanding legal services.
  • Manage discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and complex motions.
  • Conduct legal research to support cases.
  • Make court appearances as required.
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Maintain an active license to practice law.
  • Law Review experience is preferred.
  • Court Clerkship experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with E-Discovery and law programs (., Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, OneLegal).
