Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel or insurance companies.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case strategy and management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
