The law firm is seeking a highly qualified Patent Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong technical or scientific background to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of patent litigation experience and will be responsible for conducting complex legal analyses, communicating with diverse clients, and contributing to a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of patent litigation matters.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in all phases of patent litigation, from case inception to trial or settlement.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff to develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with patent laws and regulations.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field.
• For life sciences cases, there is a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
• For technical backgrounds, preference for degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or closely related fields.
• 3-4 years of patent litigation experience.
• Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
