This position offers a unique opportunity for a proficient legal professional with a focus on personal injury law. The successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including evaluating cases, managing a case load, assisting in signing up cases with the intake team, and applying their extensive courtroom experience. To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2-3 years of personal injury experience.

Key qualifications for this position include having tried at least 5 cases as the first chair, conducting at least 50 depositions, and successfully handling at least 100 cases from start to finish. The Personal Injury Attorney will be involved in screening potential clients, investigating claims, gathering evidence, documenting injuries and expenses, interviewing witnesses, reviewing medical documents, and drafting pleadings and motions. They will also be responsible for representing clients through trial, counseling them throughout the entire claims process, and protecting them from insurance companies in the legal system. A strong understanding of current legislation and regulation within personal injury law is imperative, along with exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
