Staff Real Estate Specialist - Full Time

Overview:

- Seeking a dynamic and experienced Staff Real Estate Specialist to join the Corporate Real Estate organization.
- This is a virtual position with opportunities for teleworking arrangements.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide real estate portfolio.
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and brokers to negotiate and document commercial and industrial leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience, or a Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, and real property valuation.
- Formal training in negotiation skills.
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database.
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of real estate lease contract negotiation experience.

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $123, - $185,
- Additional benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, and paid time off.
