Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Senior-Level Corporate And Finance Real Estate Associate Attorney to primarily advise clients in connection with their commercial real estate transactions and workouts. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of real estate transactional experience, with an emphasis on finance, preferably from a large law firm.

Duties:

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions and workouts.
• Manage matters focusing on real estate finance, purchase and sale, and joint ventures.
• Interact directly with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals effectively.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience in finance, preferably from a large law firm.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellence.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Membership in the Bar in the United States.

Preferred:
