The ideal candidate must be admitted to the Arizona Bar and possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong writing and verbal skills.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, insurance coverage, or commercial litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Manage case files, including organizing documents, scheduling deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Arizona Bar.
  • 1-5 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, insurance coverage, or commercial litigation.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar.
