The candidate should preferably have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required.
