Duties:

• Drafting law and motion documents for civil litigation cases
• Handling discovery requests, including drafting responses and conducting document reviews
• Representing clients in court for hearings and motions
• Conducting and defending depositions as needed
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication
• Conducting legal research to support case arguments and strategies
• Assisting with trial preparation and trial support as necessary

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
• 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on defense work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
