Responsibilities:
- Advise multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as location and operation, entity choice, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization
- Prepare and review tax models illustrating multinational entity attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense
- Help clients understand the short- and long-term consequences of tax planning decisions at a global level, considering their tax risk profile, effective tax rate, and cash posture
- Structure the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs for multinational private equity and strategic companies
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and review compliance work product
- Advise on income tax treaty planning opportunities for cross-border investing and trading activities
- Provide tax services for alternative investment companies at all stages of the investment life cycle

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree, with preference for Masters in Taxation, JD, or LLM with a concentration in tax
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions
- Strong research, writing, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple engagements, work well in a team, supervise and train staff, maintain professionalism, and provide excellent client service
- Develop and maintain client relationships, expand KPMG's presence in local and global markets, and work with both . and . teams
