Introduction to the Team: - Join one of the fastest growing groups at Moss Adams and start realizing your potential - Work with a team that is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the ever-changing tax rules related to credits and incentives - Collaborate with talented and authentic individuals who care about our clients, communities, and each other Responsibilities: - Conduct research and writing related to transferable tax credits on the state and federal level - Participate in negotiations and transactions for transferable tax credits - Calculate federal disaster zone, employer paid leave, and other related state and federal hiring-based tax credits - Participate in negotiations for state and local incentives - Conduct research and writing for location-based credits and incentives - Complete necessary documentation for credits and incentives compliance purposes - Participate in business development activities as needed - Develop internal relationships within the firm and help grow external branding Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred - Master’s degree in Taxation and/or JD with LLM in Tax preferred - Minimum of 2 years of related tax experience required; public accounting experience preferred - CPA, bar membership, or equivalent credential preferred.
