  • Admitted to the Virginia Bar.
  • Strong research and writing skills demonstrated through prior legal work.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Familiarity with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
