A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney to join their team. While Family Law experience is preferred, candidates with 2-3 years of litigation experience and a Georgia bar license are encouraged to apply.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and preparation.
• Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case developments and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia in good standing.
• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Preference for candidates with Family Law experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
