Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibits, and trial strategy.
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in civil litigation, with substantial trial work.
  • Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
