We are seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join our team and contribute to groundbreaking projects that will impact people's lives for generations to come. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $123, - $185,. We also offer a variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and a savings plan. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives. As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate projects for our worldwide portfolio. This includes commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. You will have the chance to collaborate with inhouse and outside legal counsel, facilities, business management, and external brokers to ensure favorable financial and contract outcomes while supporting business requirements. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or a related discipline with at least 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in these fields with at least 13 years of experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate will also have a background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation. Formal training in negotiation skills and experience with IBM Tririga real estate database are also preferred. In this role, you will actively engage in continuous process improvement efforts, leading to a world-class corporate real estate function. You will also be responsible for planning and executing real estate projects, recommending business terms, and analyzing real estate transactions documentation. This is a virtual position, and teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business. We are looking for a strong people leader with excellent listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of working collaboratively.
