Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Tesla's strategy for IP litigations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation matters, both in the . and worldwide
- Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal representation for Tesla
- Litigate select matters in-house as part of Tesla's growing in-house IP litigation team
- Identify potential litigation risks and advise the business on minimizing exposure

Requirements:
- 12+ years of litigation experience, preferably at a top tier law firm or in a government regulatory role
- Experience handling trials, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
- Familiarity with multiple categories of IP litigation and Patent Office proceedings, with a focus on patent disputes
- Juris Doctor and excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Business-savvy and creative approach to problem solving
- Evidence of exceptional ability
