Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized estate plans.
• Represent clients in estate planning meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings if necessary.
• Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with a focus on estate planning.
• Demonstrated passion for estate planning and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing license to practice law in California.
