Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate healthcare attorney with 5+ years of experience representing clients in the healthcare industry, handling corporate healthcare transactions and regulatory matters. The candidate will advise healthcare clients (such as healthcare systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, surgery centers, medical practices, physicians, and other providers and vendors in the healthcare space) on business, transactional, and/or federal and state regulatory issues (including fraud and abuse, licensing, privacy and security, corporate practice of medicine, and other healthcare regulatory issues). Provide legal analysis and advice concerning healthcare regulatory compliance, physician-hospital relationships, and a wide variety of healthcare business and operational issues, including patient care matters to clients. Must have experience in general transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, conducting due diligence, as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactional documents. Admission to the North Carolina Bar in good standing or the ability to waive in is required.
