The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of related experience, a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and an active license to practice law. Responsibilities include assisting in case management, preparing litigation reports, drafting legal documents, making court appearances, and providing legal support and guidance.

Duties:

• Assist the Senior Attorney in managing multiple cases.
• Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
• Make court appearances on behalf of clients.
• Provide case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.
• Develop case strategy and find solutions to legal matters.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.
• Attend focus groups and stay informed about current legislation.
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients and experts.
• Assist in finalizing legal documents promptly and accurately.
• Negotiate low-level settlements and attend mediations.
• Interview, train, mentor, and assist in managing legal staff within the team.
• Utilize experience or expertise in a specific branch of law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law/membership in the State Bar.
• 4+ years of related experience.
