• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
• Prepare for and actively participate in trials and arbitration hearings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in the firm.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience.
• Background in business litigation, with a specific emphasis on product liability.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong research and writing ability.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• Clerkship experience is preferred.
