Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new business development and existing clients
- Mentor and lead team members
- Engage in tax due diligence projects for acquisitions and dispositions
- Collaborate with specialty tax groups as needed
- Monitor time, budgets, and deadlines for adherence
- Communicate important developments to engagement principal

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience
- CPA license certification required
- Strong knowledge of tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling
- JD degree or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification may be accepted in lieu of CPA license
