Duties:

• Handle transactional matters, focusing on Real Estate, M&A, and Finance.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in various industries.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and analysis for transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional Real Estate, M&A, and Finance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
