Job Duties:

  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience conducting and defending depositions.
  • Proven ability to manage a case docket.
  • Proficiency in appearing in court.
  • Experience with multi-district litigation is a plus.
  • Trial experience is highly desirable.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Virginia or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
