Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation.
• Minimum 8-10 years of tax litigation experience.
• Proven experience in tax court proceedings.
• Familiarity with civil and criminal tax controversy matters.
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical skills.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
