The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues, and demonstrating strong project management skills.

 

Job Details:

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Possess transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
  • State and federal court experience is a plus.

 

 

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
  • Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
