Job Overview:

  • Represent injured clients with empathy and proficiency.
  • Evaluate potential new client case facts.
  • Comply with legal processes and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment.
  • Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor the finalization of settlement disbursement.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
  • Previous plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent business judgment and a high level of professionalism.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
