Superior research and writing credentials are required, and CA Bar admission is necessary for this role.

Duties:

• Manage and handle substantive litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
• Demonstrate a strong desire for trial work, actively participating in trial preparations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel on employment litigation matters, if applicable.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Employment litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong desire for trial work.
• Superior research and writing credentials.
• California Bar admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar admission.
